Challenge a ClearSight score

We take accuracy seriously. Any council officer, councillor, or resident can submit a challenge if they believe a score does not reflect the current position. Every challenge receives a full evidence review within 5 working days.

How the challenge process works

Step 1

Submit

Complete the form below with the specific indicator(s) you believe are incorrect and any supporting evidence.

Step 2

Review

Our team independently verifies the evidence against the original data sources within 5 working days.

Step 3

Outcome

If the challenge is upheld, the score is corrected and the council profile updated. You receive a written response either way.

Step 4

Audit trail

All challenges and outcomes are logged. Subscribers receive a formal correction notice for their records.
