1. Acceptance of terms
By using Council Clearsight, you agree to these terms. If you are using Council Clearsight on behalf of a council, you confirm you have authority to bind the council to these terms.
2. Service description
Council Clearsight provides resident survey tools, benchmarking, dashboards, and reports for parish and town councils. We reserve the right to modify or discontinue the service with reasonable notice.
3. Subscriptions and billing
Subscriptions are billed annually. All fees are non-refundable except where required by law. You may cancel at any time; your subscription will remain active until the end of the current billing period.
4. Acceptable use
You agree to use Council Clearsight only for lawful purposes related to local council operations. You must not use the platform to collect data in a misleading or deceptive manner.
5. Limitation of liability
Council Clearsight is provided on an "as is" basis. We do not guarantee uninterrupted service. Our liability is limited to the amount paid for the service in the 12 months preceding any claim.
