Our commitment
Council Clearsight is committed to making its website and platform accessible to all users, including those with disabilities. We aim to meet the Web Content Accessibility Guidelines (WCAG) 2.1 at Level AA.
Resident surveys
Resident surveys are designed to be accessible on all devices, including mobile phones. We use high-contrast text, clear labels, and keyboard-navigable interfaces. Surveys can be completed without a mouse.
Known limitations
